This blend of Guatemalan French and Sumatra is bold and dark in the cup. It is almost dry in its finish (that comes from the low acidity of the Sumatra). This blend is known for its full taste and as with most of Rocky Mountain Roasting coffees, as it cools; it still keeps it sweet tone. This is another coffee that fits well with big tasting foods that linger on the pallet.
